Evansville is a one of Indiana’s largest cities with 120,000 people. It is the economic, educational, and cultural center of Southwest Indiana. A number of national and international companies are headquartered in Evansville, where the city benefits from a very active Chamber of Commerce.

Evansville is also home to several outstanding educational institutions. US News & World Report voted The University of Evansville the Midwest’s Best Buy in Education. Evansville is also home to the Indiana University School of Medicine. The University of Southern Indiana is Indiana’s fastest-growing educational institution and a highly-rated university.

The annual Frog Follies is “…THE largest PRE 49 Street Rod event anywhere in the world!” The heavily-attended August event hosts an average of more than 4,000 classic vehicles each year. And every November, the West Side Nut Club holds its annual Fall Festival, one of the largest street festivals in the U.S.

Evansville also boasts outstanding entertainment offerings.
