This is my 5th house and the 3rd I’ve contracted to have built. Jagoe has the construction process down to a science with sequential events well planned although sometimes not as fast as one would like especially customers like me who were living in a temporary environment.
Overall I’m very pleased with my house it seems well constructed and I feel as though there is value for the price I paid. The biggest issue that I and many of the other new home owners is that there was no cable/internet service available and we were not advised of this issue before contracts were signed. Thankful that River City Wireless appeared and so far has provided good internet service for me. For those of us who would rather not have a dish antenna there is nothing else immediately available however we have been advised that ATT FIOS is coming and some other companies are working on plans to enter the neighborhood. I have purchased an indoor amplified TV antenna which is no substitute for cable but will have to do for now.
All of the Jagoe employees I have been in contact with have been helpful and willing to listen to anything I had to say. I’ve had to warranty issues so far:
- Tankless HWH seems to require a higher flow of water to provide hot water at the faucets. Bayers Plumbing has performed an extensive review/test of the unit including cleaning all the faucet screens of debris. The HWH seems to meet specifications but maybe Jagoe should consider another brand.
- The clothes dryer vent hose became detached from the vent pipe and discharged very hot air into the laundry room. Again Jagoe responded to my issue and it was corrected by the installer. It was discovered that the vent hose was taped to the exhaust pipe vent ILO clamped.
Keep up the good work, Feel free to contact me anytime,
