Our house has yet to be built but I feel like a good review is warranted at this point in time. I have read some of the other “negative” reviews and I find them hard to believe. First, Jagoe Homes has been 110% transparent throughout the process thus far. We finalized everything mid-October 2021 and from the get go we were told not to expect any movement until about the first month into the New Year. We also received a letter in the mail about a week ago that gave us an estimated completion date of sometime around mid-May to mid-July of 2022. They also stated that those times are subject to change due to the weather and current and ever evolving supply chain issues within the US and around the world. I would recommend building with Jagoe Homes but only if you know what you are getting yourself into. You need to do your research and you need to know what you want and what you are looking for. Jagoe Homes will be there and will support you along the way, providing resources and info when you request it. From the designer to the loan team, we have been blown away at how simple and streamline everything has been. In my opinion, disregard the negative reviews and reach out and set an appointment to sit down and talk with Jagoe Homes. You won’t be forced to build with them, the choice is completely up to you!
