Tickets are NOW AVAILABLE for the 4th Annual Chefs on Parade event! This is an exclusive one-day event that allows ticket holders to tour four beautiful Parade Homes the day before Parade Begins.
Chefs on Parade will be held at our brand new McCutchan Trace Model Home in Evansville, IN, which features the two-story, Revolution Farmhouse plan.
Each participating Parade Home will host one local chef that will prepare a signature dish or two inside the home’s kitchen. Ticket holders will tour the homes and taste these delicious bites along the way!
This special event is proven to be an excellent opportunity for Jagoe New Home Sales Consultants to connect with potential new Jagoe Homeowners on a more personal level. Chefs on Parade showcases the use of our Model Home’s kitchen space in use, and is a fantastic way to demonstrate the livability of the Revolution Farmhouse plan!
Tickets are $30 and include entry into all four homes.
The Wine Down will be catering our 2022 Chefs on Parade event.
Founded in 2018, John and Chya opened The Wine Down as a refreshingly unique wine bar in the Newburgh, IN area.
We wanted an atmosphere that was inviting to all people, a place where everyone felt welcome, and The Wine Down was born.

Savings are average estimates based on Jagoe Homes’ top five selling plans. Savings will vary based on house type, orientation, house size, utility rates, climate and operations of the home.
The lower a home scores on RESNET’S HERS (Home Energy Rating) Index, the more energy efficient it is. A standard new home that’s built to meet the 2006 IECC will score a HERS Index of 100. New Jagoe homes score an average of 62, making them at least 38% more efficient than a standard new home and at least 68% more efficient than a used home.
