We moved from out of state and Jagoe made this fairly painless as we navigated a complex move. The house was completed ahead of schedule.

It’s been a pleasure working with all of the Jagoe staff. Fatima enticed me away from other builders with her knowledge, follow through, and guidance in the process. The building/construction staff were wonderful – the foreman was great! I learned so much through the whole process. The inspection and closing staff were attentive to my every question and concern – having every minor request fulfilled in a timely manner with a smile on their face. I am sure I am forgetting some aspect of the staff involved in making our dreams come true, but everyone of the staff was wonderful.

I had independent inspections done prior to drywall and after completion, and these came back with little to no issues – a few minor things. I had an independent realtor to represent me. Jagoe worked with all of my requests and went above and beyond to ensure my requests were all reviewed and any fixes needed were done timely. The follow through is next level awesome with Jagoe.

It was really great working with a company that follows through on ALL concerns and makes sure that every request is heard and has an answer. No big endeavor comes without speed bumps along the way, but it sure helps to be doing this with a company that understands the process and is always eager to make sure the best standards are met, even if something has to be done again to make it right.

We recently purchased a Jagoe home in the Bluegrass Commons community and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We love everything about our new home. We were especially pleased with the Jagoe team starting with sales thru Debbie. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease about such a huge next step in our lives. We love our house so much! Tessa has been the best with answering any questions we have had. Even before we move in! She gave us her number and we had other questions answered within minutes! She goes above and beyond for the McCutchan Trace community!

While living in Texas my husband and I were trying to find out next home before we moved to Owensboro. We weren’t having any luck and our realtor brought my husband to Deer Valey and showed us our dream home. We are so in love with our home and the process was painless (we were nervous because we our first time home buyers). We are so happy with our decision in buying a Jagoe home. Everyone we encountered was amazing.

I love my new Jagoe Home! I moved from out of state and was able to follow along during the entire process. Moving from another state is not easy because of all the unexpected things that can arise. The timeline Jagoe gave me was spot on. That was extremely helpful to the whole process. They have been quick to respond to any minor issues that have arisen. The quality of their work and customer service has been amazing!

Jagoe builds quality, energy efficient homes. They have bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction with my new Jagoe home. I worked for the International Code Council and can tell you that a Jagoe home is the only builder I would recommend if you want a home that meets building codes and makes the process of purchasing and settling in a home a great experience. Lastly, they do what they say they will do in a timely manner.

I know you (and Jagoe) get a lot of flack and never much praise. I wanted to express my appreciation to Jagoe and their workers for their professionalism.
