JAGOE HOMES BUYER AGENT COMMISSION GUIDELINES
Jagoe Homes will continue paying Buyer Agent commissions that fall within Jagoe Homes policy guidelines.
- 3% Upfront Commission based on the full purchase price
- Complete a Jagoe Homes Client Registration Form
- Provide Jagoe Homes with a copy of the Buyer-Agency Agreement
How to Access the Jagoe Realtor Rewards Program
The Jagoe Realtor Rewards Program is now available as a web-based app, making it
easy to access from your computer, tablet, or mobile device – no App Store download
required.
Accessing Realtor Rewards on a Desktop or Laptop
- Open your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).
- Visit RealtorRewards.archbend.com
- Create an account or sign in using your existing credentials.
- Register Clients and receive updates on:
- Available inventory
- New communities and floor plans
- Special incentives
- Upcoming community events
Accessing Realtor Rewards on a Mobile Device (Save as Web App)
For the best experience on your phone or tablet, we recommend saving the Realtor Rewards website to your home screen.
- Open your web browser (Safari, Chrome)
- In the address bar, enter RealtorRewards.archbend.com
- Tap the three dots (…) in the corner of your browser.
- Tap the Share button
- Select the More button
- Select Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add
(Ensure “Open as Web App” is enabled if prompted.) - The Realtor Rewards icon will now appear on your home screen.
- Tap the icon and log in using your current credentials.
- You will be taken directly to the Client Registration page.
Important Registration Tip
- On the Client Registration page, scroll to the Home Builder Information / Jagoe Sales
Associate dropdown.
Begin typing the name of the assigned Jagoe New Home Sales Associate. - Select the full name once it appears below the field.
Removing the Old Mobile App (Recommended)
If you previously installed the original Realtor Rewards iOS app, please delete to ensure
optimal performance.
- Locate the RealtorRewards$ app icon on your mobile device.
- Press and hold the icon.
- Select Delete App.
The new web app will deliver the latest features and performance.
