AutoCAD Drafter – Full Time, Remote

Jagoe Homes is actively seeking an AutoCAD Drafter experienced with production and custom homes for our corporate office in Owensboro, Kentucky. We are seeking an applicant who is highly organized, detail orientated, possess solid written and verbal communication, problem solver, service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude, works with a sense of urgency, maintains project flexibility and adaptability to change. Previous knowledge of residential plans, construction drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD-Architectural desktop software experience is a MUST. Pay rate will be determined based on experience.

- Manage and maintain plan portfolio of master plans, website/marketing material, product construction details
- Finalize construction documents, starting from a sketch
- Assist management with ongoing design development and redesign of existing plans

Payroll Coordinator – Full Time

Jagoe Homes is actively seeking a knowledgeable and high performing professional to fill the Payroll Coordinator role. They will ensure accurate processing and recording of company payrolls, provide timely and accurate financial information and all cycles relating to payroll and benefits. A payroll coordinator must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all personnel to exercise good judgement with integrity. A problem solver with a team player attitude and works well under pressure. They must be good with numbers, attention to detail and trusted with sensitive and confidential information. Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn payroll software, human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications are required. Pay rate will be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities and Skills for Payroll Coordinator role:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date payroll related data, records, and documentation.
- Collects and verifies timekeeping information for all employees.
- Assists with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors.
- Prepares and submits payroll reports on time using the payroll software.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of payroll files and records.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and insurance brokers which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.

Design Coordinator – Full Time

We are actively seeking Design Coordinators to assist homebuyers through the design phase of the building process. You’ll meet one-on-one with homebuyers to select all fixtures and finishes for their new home, aligning selections with their personal style and within their budget.
Responsibilities for Design Coordinator Role:
- Schedule selections meetings and accurately record all selections using established procedures and systems
- Manage special requests, ensuring that the design process is completed within the target timeline
- Clearly and effectively communicate features and benefits for each product offered
- Set proper expectations for included features, available selections, and floor plans
- Assist with Design Studio updates when new products and finishes are released
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Design Studio and model
Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a professional environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems
