The Fall Tour of Homes is the best, most exciting way to experience the latest trends, craftsmanship, and building materials through the scattered site home tour!
The Fall Tour works similarly to the Parade of Homes in that all entries are FREE to tour and Jagoe New Home Sales Consultants will be on-site to meet with you.
The unique part about the Fall Tour is that most of these new Jagoe Move-In Ready Homes are available to purchase immediately! You also have the opportunity to view empty homesites where you can select your favorite floor plan and build in a Jagoe Homes community.

The lower a home scores on RESNET’S HERS (Home Energy Rating) Index, the more energy efficient it is. A standard new home that’s built to meet the 2006 IECC will score a HERS Index of 100. New Jagoe homes score an average of 62, making them at least 38% more efficient than a standard new home and at least 68% more efficient than a used home.
