During the Spring Tour of Homes, you can find that perfect floor plan, meet with Jagoe New Home Sales Consultants, gather home improvement ideas, add to your decorating or landscaping idea file, or have fun with family and friends. The Spring Tour of Homes is FREE!
The Spring Tour of Homes, presented by the Southwestern Indiana Builders Association (SIBA), allows you to tour multiple available Jagoe Move-In Ready Homes. Some of these homes are completed or nearing completion, but ALL are available at a 4.75% Lifetime Low Interest Rate!

Do I need to schedule appointments to tour the homes?
No appointments are necessary during the Spring Tour of Homes. The tour is designed to be self-guided, so you can visit participating homes at your own pace during the event hours.
