Jagoe Homes Receives SEVEN Awards during the Parade of Homes
Jagoe Homes is humbled to accept seven awards from the Southwestern Indiana Builders Association (SIBA) during the 2023 Evansville Parade of Homes! We extend our congratulations to our fellow homebuilders who also took home awards on June 6, 2023, during the awards ceremony in Evansville, Indiana.
Each home is judged against those in its respective category by a panel of judges selected by SIBA.
Each home can win Best Exterior, Best Interior, Best Kitchen, Best Bath, and Home of the Year. However, a home cannot win Home of the Year if it is awarded any of the other awards in its category.
Each of these awards is the result of hard work from our staff, trade partners, and lenders. Without their teamwork and dedication to Jagoe Homes, accomplishments like this would not be possible!

The lower a home scores on RESNET’S HERS (Home Energy Rating) Index, the more energy efficient it is. A standard new home that’s built to meet the 2006 IECC will score a HERS Index of 100. New Jagoe homes score an average of 62, making them at least 38% more efficient than a standard new home and at least 68% more efficient than a used home.
