Jagoe Homes Instagram Sweepstakes Guidelines

- Eligibility: Any Instagram users who “Like” the Jagoe Homes Instagram account and who comment on the Sweepstakes Post are eligible to win. Must be 18 years or older and live in the United States. Void where prohibited by law. Jagoe Homes employees and immediate family not eligible.
- Sponsorship: Jagoe Homes, Inc. 3624 Wathens Xing, Owensboro, KY, 42301.
- Agreement to Rules: By entering the Jagoe Homes Instagram Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by the Official Rules. Jagoe Homes retains the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. The participant agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
- Entry Period: Jagoe Homes Instagram Sweepstakes starts at the time the post is posted on Friday, August 27, 2021 and ends at 12 PM CST on Friday, September 3, 2021.
- How to Enter: One entry allowed per Instagram user. Must “Like” the Jagoe Homes Instagram account and comment on the Jagoe Homes Sweepstakes Post to enter.
- Prizes: Winner will receive $100 Amazon Gift Card.
- Odds: The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
- Selection and Notification of the Winner: On or about September 3, 2021 at Noon CST, the sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification: The sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via Instagram Messenger on or about September 3, 2021 at Noon CST. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-rewarded.
