Jagoe Homes ROMP Facebook & Instagram Sweepstakes Guidelines

- Eligibility: Any Facebook users who “Like” the Jagoe Homes Facebook Page and who comment on the ROMP Sweepstakes Post are eligible to win. Must be 18 years or older and live in the United States. Void where prohibited by law. Jagoe Homes employees and immediate family not eligible.
- Sponsorship: Jagoe Homes, Inc. 3624 Wathens Xing, Owensboro, KY, 42301.
- Agreement to Rules: By entering the Jagoe Homes ROMP Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by the Official Rules. Jagoe Homes retains the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. The participant agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
- Entry Period: Jagoe Homes ROMP Sweepstakes starts at the time the post is posted on Friday, June 21, 2024, and ends at 12 PM CST on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
- How to Enter: One entry allowed per Facebook user. Must “Like” the Jagoe Homes Facebook page and comment on the Jagoe Homes ROMP Sweepstakes Post to enter. Instagram users must “Like” the Jagoe Homes Instagram account and comment on the like Instagram post for ROMP Sweepstakes to be entered in a second time.
- Prizes: The winner will receive two (2) 4-day General Admission tickets to ROMP.
- Odds: The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
- Selection and Notification of the Winner: On or about June 25, 2024, at 12 PM CST, the sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification: The sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via Facebook Messenger on or about June 25, 2024, at 12 PM CST. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-rewarded.
- Distribution: Tickets can be picked up at the Jagoe Homes Corporate Office, located at 3624 Wathens Xing, Owensboro, KY, 42301.
- This sweepstakes is in no way administered by ROMP, the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum, Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
