We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary of living at Bluegrass Commons in the Acoustics. It was absolutely the right choice for us to move here!!! The house is perfect for me and my husband and God has blessed us with amazing neighbors so we feel more safe and like a true community versus a subdivision. I have worked with many Jagoe representatives and in many many Jagoe homes. Also talked with many of the homeowners. I was hesitant to build a home 600 miles from where I live, especially since it was on my own lot, but the entire team at Jagoe made it so easy. They were great from the initial design work, revisions I wanted to an existing floor plan, and site work that had to be done to make this home possible. The framing crew was amazing, and all the finishes were top notch. Their warranties are a great incentive. I would highly recommend Jagoe to anyone considering building a new home.
