Jagoe New Home Sales Consultants hold appointments in Stagner Farms!

Members of the Stagner Farms Priority List met with the Bowling Green Sales Teams last week to select their favorite home site during the Preview Event. During their appointment, our Priority List Members were the first to view the site plan, floor plans, pricing, and Presale Incentives.

Snowy weather inhibited us from walking home sites in the community, but these new homeowners are excited for their Grand Release on March 6th! At the Grand Release, Priority List members will meet at the Blevins Farm Model Home to sign agreements, RESERVE THEIR HOME SITE, and qualify for Presale Incentives! Congratulations!

Over 150 families were members of the Stagner Farms Priority List. We are looking forward to welcoming many of these families to Stagner Farms in 2021!
