We absolutely love our Jagoe home! Shawna is amazing to work with, and she made sure that we were taken care of! They care about you, and want to make sure that you get the best deal, in your own time, and ensure you get what you need. Prior to buying our house, Jagoe made an update to our shower to make sure that my 6’9” husband could have a comfortable shower, and it was no additional charge to us. They for sure care to make sure everything is to your liking before you buy and move in. I highly recommend buying with Jagoe!

You guys have made this process SO dang easy, fast and simple. Never once did we feel confused or even let down. We are so happy that we went through the building process with you and your crew. Yu have been so amazing since day 1, when we met in Newburgh. I would recommend you guys 100 times over and over again. We love our new home and we cannot wait to create so many memories with our children there. Again, thank you! No words can express how thankful we truly are.

We wanted to take out time and express how grateful we are to you guys for helping us out build our house. There are many emotions going on right now between being exited to move in and feeling overwhelmed with organizing things. But for sure we wanted to thank Debbie and Jakie from the bottom of our hearts for helping us from picking out our site to making sure all our choices and needs were fulfilled. We probably have sent them thousand texts and many phone calls and they have answered all out call like we’re the only people they’re dealing with they text us back within seconds even while on their day off. We bought our Jagoe home about a month ago. We are very satisfied with our new home. They have more than eager to help with any issues or questions. They definitely stand behind their work.

When we first visited the model here in the 4200 community, it was Joanne who welcomed us, let us mill around and check out the other homes that were available. She was our introduction to the neighborhood. Ray couldn’t wait until the next day to pick out our lot and start the build. Since we’ve lived here, Joanne has been instrumental in building our community. There were only 7 homes including ours when we built in 2018. Now there are only 8 lots left. Joanne, you are the BEST!!

We decided to build a home on our own land in Utica, Ky last year. We talked with many custom builders and looked into several other homes prior to seeking out Jagoe. We went to one of the parade of homes and ran into Shawna Kellems. Told her basically what we where looking for in a home. We where shown several home models and loved everything Jagoe has to offer and the affordable prices and quality you receive can’t be beat. We where able to pick out a home model and make some custom changes to the plan to meet our needs. Shawna and the entire team of Jagoe made the whole process from start to finish seamless. First time home builders for us. Shawna and the team walked us through every step of the way. No big surprises in the end. The best part was locking in that interest rate and knowing exactly what the cost of our home would be prior to starting the build. Would highly recommend Jagoe homes to anyone. We love our home.
