We had a great experience. We built a home a few years ago with another local builder and it was a complete nightmare. This experience was the complete opposite. Our sales consultant was always able to answer all of our questions. The building process flew by and was so much easier! We’ve said it over and over again from the day we started the process that Jagoe has it all together! Very organized! Chris Beaty was our sales consultant and for someone who was new to Jagoe at the time he was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know the answer he made sure to find out. We never had to follow up on anything! We’ve bragged to everyone we know about how great it was working with you guys. We would definitely build again with Jagoe!

Overall, our experience was very good. We did have a few problems that were dealt with the day of closing (no appliances) and our lawn was delivered a few weeks after we moved in.
We were not aware that a ceiling lighting fixture was not standard in the dining room…………we are going to contract with an electrician to have one installed so we can hang a light fixture over the dining room table.
We have only been in the home for 2 months however it appears to be well constructed. Two minor issues you should consider for the Walnut Craftsman model; 1) adding a heat register in the master bedroom………one seems to be inadequate to provide sufficient heat and 2) more ceiling lighting in the master bath……..my wife finds the master bath is not sufficiently lit.

I have nothing but praise for Jagoe, as this process for me was—from start to finish—a dream!  I have owned several homes but have never built before, and was apprehensive about the process for fear of exceeding my limited budget.
The best part of the entire experience for me (by far) was the relationship I built with my sales consultant, Lauren Kemmerlin!  So many good things to say about Lauren… I knew I loved her from the moment I met her!  She is bright, engaging, professional, on-task, and just really refreshing!  She held my hand and guided me every step of the process and was accessible, responsive, reassuring, and simply amazing!
Building with Jagoe was easier than I could have ever imagined!  Lauren helped me make my selections and we broke ground in June and closed and moved in to my beautiful new home in October.  We are so happy with the result and feel completely comfortable in our new “contemporary farmhouse”-style home on Antilles Dr. in Cayman Ridge.
I also want to give credit to Kevin Young with FBC Mortgage, who took care of me on the financial side of things.  Lauren referred me to FBC as the mortgage company that Jagoe frequently works with.  This commonly intimidating and overwhelming process of being approved for a mortgage loan was made so much easier by dealing with such a kind, patient, helpful, and friendly agent.  Kevin was always available to take my calls, was responsive to emails, and was truly the best!
 
I have more to share, and will be back in touch soon.  Off now to enjoy an evening with my family in my beautiful, cozy, and warm Jagoe home!
