My wife and I are in love with our new Jagoe home! The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are above and beyond what we expected. Everyone we have dealt with at Jagoe has been absolutely great. Jamie, Kim, and Dana have been there to answer any of my questions and have always been available to help. Example, a small 1″ spot of wood was not stained, although very minor and hardly noticeable my wife could see it, Jamie immediately fixed it within minutes. You can’t beat the service and the homes they provide!

I have truly enjoyed my Jagoe home experience so far. One of my favorite things was being able to walk thru my possible home.  Seeing the layout is better than trying to see how it will look on paper.  Summer and Debra have been absolutely wonderful to work with.  They spent lots of time helping me decide on colors and extras.   Super excited to have the finished project.

In September of 2017 my wife and I decided to look at the model home in McCoy Place that was built by Jagoe homes. It was then that we met Mark Froehlich, who was the Jagoe Homes expert and he walked us through the process and greeted us like he does with everyone he meets them with a big smile and full of energy. My wife and I were not sure what to expect or if it was something that was even possible for us since we had just relocated to the South Central Kentucky area. After touring the home and looking at all the options we thought that it could be a real possibility for us, so we took all the information and thanked Mark for his time. About 2 months later in November for 2017 we decided to go forward with building our first home. We had a little one on the way and knew it was time for us to actually get a home for our young growing family. We Spoke with Mark again and he let us know about a new neighborhood that was getting built called The Vinings, and after we saw the plots of land, we took our parents to even see the area and they all agreed this would be a great spot to build a home. We found out spot and picked a lot. We spent a morning with Mark picking out all the material and options for our home that process was great and painless as he guided us through everything and helped us with the style and colors. Our home started construction  at the tail end of February of 2018 and each evening for about 3 and a half months after work my wife and I would go to the site just to see the progress of our home. It was exciting and rewarding to see a home that is being built for you go up and look exactly how you would imagine. June 2018 came and the house was completed and it was exactly what we had hoped. Jagoe had an inspector walk us through and tour our home and then once we signed off on that paper work we had our closing the next day and we became first time home owners of our new Jagoe Home. We have been in our house almost 2 years now and we still love everything about it. As our family grows we will probably build again with Jagoe because the process is great and they take care of everything for you and keep you in the loop on everything going on during the process. Anyone can build a home but Jagoe builds a beautifully crafted quality, energy efficient home that makes you happy to call home.

My fieance and I started planning and building our home in Feb. last year then we got married in March moved in May and then he passed away in July so unfortunately we are unable to celebrate this year anniversary together.  But every day I watch the sunset from our patio and remember how thrilled we were to watch the first sunset together our first evening in our new home.  I absolutely love our home and the neighborhood.  Jagoe has been a blessing and a great company to work with.  Karri Baskin was amazing and i will always be thankful for her guidance in helping us pick out our retirement home.  I look forward to many years of enjoying the Acoustics and I truly love the new guitar and banjo at the entrance.  Hope they put some lighting on them at night.  Would be nice to have a fountain in the lake some time in the future.
